Description of Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride Underground Drainage and Sewerage Pipes

The UPVC pipes and fittings are often widely used in underground drainage and sewerage application, including the pressured U PVC pipes and non-pressure UPVC pipes, with a complete range of fittings for underground drainage.

We offers complete drainage solutions starting from Phonoline soundproof system for above ground drainage up to private sewers and connections onto public mains.

Pipes and fittings are made of U PVC for non pressure underground drainage and sewage applications, Nominal ring stiffness and standard dimension ratio must be as specified in the present technical handbook, reaches conform to EN1401, ranges from DN110m to 1000mm, manufactured in compliance with EN1401 norm. Push fit joints system(spigot/socket) with sealing lip rings, with the injected molded Inspection Chambers for valves and manhole.

Advantages of Unplasticised polyvinyl chloride Underground Drainage and Sewerage Pipes

1.Easy handing and installation. U PVC pipes and fittings are lightweight(approximately one sixth the weight of steel pipes), which results in reducing the transportation, handing and installation cost. The installation does not require special tools other than normal pipe cutter.

2.Chemical and Corrosion Resistance. UPVC pipes and fittings are highly resistant to wide range of strong acids, alkalis, salt solutions, alcohols, and many other chemicals. This property makes U PVC pressure pipes and fittings preferred in corrosive application. The UPVC pipes and fittings are able to stand with low pH levels in water.

4. The roughness coefficient is small, the inner wall of the UPVC pipe is smooth, the fluid friction resistance is small, and the conveying capacity is improved.

5. High temperature resistance, the use temperature range is between -15-60°.
